Campsite of 13 hectares that owns 664 pitch including 175 accommodations.
Located on the edge of the Bassin d’Arcachon with a direct access to the beach. The tide, main characteristic of the Bassin, will give your holidays its tempo: At high tide you can swim in the Bassin and at low tide you can enjoy fishing from the shore.

USEFUL INFORMATION

April, May, June, September, and October the reception is opened from 9 to 12 and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m .
In July and August the reception is opened from 8a.m to 8p.m continuously.
A security service is set up from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

The gates are closed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. After 10 p.m. the car park is made outside at the entrance of the campsite.

Supposing that you could not be here on time, you would have to call the reception of the campsite at +335 56 82 01 67 before 6 p.m. to eventually be allowed to arrive until 10 p.m. the same day, subject to agreement.

We accept dogs on our pitch and in our accommodations. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the campsite and never be left alone on the pitch.
Plastic bags are provide for free at the reception to pick up your animal’s excrement. Dogs are not allowed in the reception as well as in the toilet blocks.

There are four toilet blocks. In low season only two are opened (toilet blocks composed of showers, toilets, sinks and of one baby and handicapped stall) .

The person who makes the booking must be at least 18, with the legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with our booking general conditions/general booking conditions and assure the truthfulness and the exactitude of the information.. The minor persons must imperatively be accompanied by their legal guardian.

SETTLEMENT / PAYMENT

For bookings in our secured website we accept payment by credit card and bank transfer.

If you chose to pay the deposit or the balance of your stay by credit card, the payment will be effective after the validation of your booking and the delivery of your booking contract.

After receiving your deposit (30% of the total amount) you can stagger the payment of the balance in two or four time until the deadline (30 days before the beginning of your stay) .

Our prices include :
- The provision of the accommodation concerned completely equipped as described on our website and our brochure
- The place for a car for each accommodation
- Water, gas and electricity
- The reception and the arrival and departure inventory
- The campsite services except those requiring a financial participation.

Our prices do not include :
- The cancellation insurance (optional, 2.7% of the total amount of your stay)
- The administrative costs of 15 € (free if subscription to the cancellation insurance)
- The cleaning except if you bought this service. 75 € if reserved when booking, 100 € if you ask for it during your stay.
- Non-free activities suggest by the campsite (to be paid directly on the spot)
- Taxes (daily stay tax)
- The bail : 350 € for each accommodation
- Services and optional equipment

Any daily visitor must be notify at the reception because you will have to pay the visitor tax. A wristband will then be given to the visitor so that he will be able to have an unlimited access to the swimming pool and to the activities during the day.

If the cancellation happens 30 days or more before the planned arrival date, the deposit as well as the booking costs will be kept by the campsite. If the cancellation happens less than 30 days before the planned arrival date the total amount of the stay will be kept by the campsite.

In case of cancellation of a stay for events related to the campsite except in case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances case leading us to cancel for our guests’ safety, they will get the total refund of the sum paid.
However, this cancellation won’t generate the payment of damages.

Yes, pillows and duvets are supply in each accommodation.

Sheets and household linen are only supplied in PREMIUM Mobile Homes. In every other accommodation sheets and household linen are not supplied. MALIN, STANDING and CABANE NATURE. However, you have the possibility to rent some while booking.

Yes, all our accommodations are equipped of the necessary dishes as well as hotplates, fridge, micro-wave oven, electric coffee maker, toaster etc.

Depending on our availability you can choose one specific pitch. Our adviser will be here to help you and do their best to satisfy your demands.

For security and insurance reasons it is not possible to put a tent on the pitch. On the other hand you can rent aa extra camping pitch in order to put on your tent on.

For security and insurance reasons, it is not allowed to overstep the number maximum anticipated for each accommodation. When booking you must mentioned the first, last name and date of birth of every occupant (babies included).

Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch. For the accommodation that can receive 6 or 8 persons, 2 vehicles are allowed per pitch .

CAMPING PITCH

It depends on the area in which is located your pitch. You have 5 amperes available. With a supplement you can have 10 amperes available.

Mainly French sockets but some are equipped of European sockets. But make sure you have an extension cable of at least 50 meters.

No but several watering places are available in the campsite as well as a spring/fountain with drinkable water.

5. Are barbecues allowed on the pitch ?

Being in a high fire risk area only gas and electric barbecue are allowed on the pitches. But be careful there is a risk of short-circuit if the amperage is low. Electric barbecues are strongly not recommended.

We have shady pitches and others that are exposed to direct sunlight.

SERVICES PROVIDED

The swimming pool is composed of 3 pools. Two outside and one covered and heated.

The covered and heated pool is opened during the whole opening time of the campsite. The two outside pools are opened from July.

Only in July and in August. Children under 10 years old are under their parents’ responsibility and must be with them to have a swim. Every client must wear a bracelet (July and August).

No, swimming Bermudas is not allowed. Only swimming trunks are authorized.

No there is not any play in the aquatic area.

You have at your disposal a bar, a restaurant and a snack opened every day from April to September.

Yes but only in July and August. The activities that are offered to do are for children from 6 years old as well as families, couples, etc. Sports activities and many others are suggested by our organizers from Monday to Friday.

Yes a playground is located at the entrance of the campsite. There is a playground for children between 3 and 6 years old and another one for older children.

Yes we rent bikes for men, women and children. Bike locks, baskets, baby seats and children cycling helmets are also available.

Yes there are 4 washing machines as well as 2 clothes dryer located at the entrance of the campsite. The washing costs 5 € and the drying 3 €. You can buy washing powder dose at the reception (1 €).

You have to pay for the Wi-Fi. It is accessible in all the campsite. Different option are suggested. You will find the price at the reception.

Yes you can rent 47 liters fridge (minibar – 6.50 €/day) or 96 liters fridge (10 €/day) as well as refrigerated compartment of 20 liters (4 €/day), directly on your pitch. The rent must be stipulated when booking. You will have to pay a bail.
