Our campsite with water park in Andernos-les-Bains boastsaquatic facilities that will delight parents and children alike:
- a large heated outdoor swimming pool
- a heated indoor swimming pool
- an aqualudic area and a heated paddling pool
- slides
- a solarium with deckchairs.
There are even organized activities in our heated swimming pool, such as aquagym classes and the campsite dance in the afternoon, in which the whole family is invited to take part!
A paddling pool for children
At our family campsite on the Bassin d’Arcachon, we’ve also thought of children, of course!
They’ll be delighted to discover a lovely heated paddling pool. They can splash around safely in the shallow water, under their parents’ supervision. It’s a great way for younger children in particular to familiarize themselves with the water, and get a taste of the joys of the pool!
Don’t hesitate to bring along small toys, like water sprinklers and boats, so your child can have fun in the pool.
A heated indoor swimming pool for all-weather bathing
In addition to the outdoor pool, our campsite with heated pool in Andernos-les-Bains also has an indoor pool!
In this covered and heated pool, you’ll be able to swim whatever the weather. Whether it’s raining, cool or stormy, the vagaries of the weather won’t spoil your vacation in Gironde, and your whole family can take a dip in the indoor pool in the event of gloomy weather.

Campsites with heated pools are particularly popular with holidaymakers, especially families with children. Swimming is one of the children’s favorite activities, and parents also enjoy swimming a few laps and relaxing by the water.
In summer, when temperatures can rise quickly on the Bay of Arcachon, staying at a campsite with an indoor swimming pool is a real advantage. It’s a safe bet that your whole family will enjoy a dip in the pool’s heated water to get into shape first thing in the morning, and that you’ll be diving into the pool after a day of sightseeing on the Bay of Arcachon and in Gironde (Lège-Cap-Ferret, Lacanau, Vendays-Montalivet…)!

What is the water temperature in the pools?
Our aquatic area has a single pool heated to 28°C for your comfort all year round.
Is the campsite's pool area supervised?
During July and August, our pools are supervised by qualified lifeguards and lifeguards, guaranteeing your safety. For the safety and comfort of all, we ask you to keep an eye on your young children.
When and how to access the pools?
Wristbands must be worn to gain access to our pools. The outdoor pools are open from July 1 to August 31. The indoor pool is open from June 2025.
For a change from the pool, which beach should you visit?
During your vacation at our campsite with indoor and heated swimming pool on the Bassin d’Arcachon, you can vary the pleasures between beach and pool! For the beach, discover the most beautiful beaches of the Bassin d’Arcachon, such as the Grand Crohot beach in Lège-Cap-Ferret, the South beach in Lacanau or the beaches of Andernos les Bains, just a stone’s throw from the campsite.
Are swimming shorts allowed?
No. Bermuda shorts and swim shorts are forbidden. Bathing trunks only.
