What payment methods do you accept?
For Book on our secure website, we only accept credit card payment. If you would like to pay your deposit by bank cheque or vacation voucher, please contact us by email at contact@fontaine-vieille.com or by telephone on 05.56.82.01.67.
How do I pay by vacation voucher (ANCV)?
If you have chosen to pay all or part of your booking by ANCV, please send them by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, quoting your file number, to the campsite address.
Is it possible to pay in instalments?
On receipt of the deposit (30% of the total amount), you can pay for your stay in 2 or 4 instalments up to the balance payment deadline (30 days before the start of your stay).
When do I have to pay the balance of my stay?
It is imperative that we receive the balance of your stay no later than 30 days before the start of your stay.
What do the rates include?
Our prices include:
– The fully-equipped accommodation(s) as described on our website and in the catalog
– A parking space for one car for each accommodation
– Water, gas and electricity
– Reception and inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure
– Campsite services, with the exception of those with a contribution
Our prices do not include:
– Cancellation insurance (optional, 2.7% of the total cost of your stay)
– Booking fee of €15
– Housework. Cleaning charge at the end of your stay
– Fees for activities offered by the campsite (to be paid on site)
– Taxes (tourist tax)
– Deposit: €350 for all accommodation
– Optional services and equipment
Day visitors must report to reception and pay the visitor tax. A wristband will be given to the visitor, who will then be able to take advantage of the campsite’s aquatic area and entertainment.
