Campsite reception
Our team welcomes you to the campsite reception from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm every day of the week. In high season, reception hours are 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm on weekdays, and 8am to 1pm and 2pm to 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Gates close from 10pm to 7am. After 10pm, parking is available in the parking lot at the campsite entrance. Security is present from 8pm to 8am. You can ask at reception for wifi access (for a fee) to keep in touch with friends and family. There’s also a mailbox where you can drop off your mail or receive your letters and parcels.
Bar, restaurant and mini-market at our campsite
Take advantage of our Les Voiles du Bassin restaurant to treat yourself to a gourmet break during your stay at our 4-star campsite. Open from April to the end of September, our restaurant and bar are designed to offer you moments of relaxation and conviviality.
For your daily needs, a mini-market is also available on site at the restaurant. Open during the same period, it offers a wide range of essentials, from basic necessities to local produce, with a regular bread depot. Communal barbecues are also available on site.
Laundry and sanitary facilities
Want to free up space in your suitcase? Our La Fontaine Vieille campsite has a laundry available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the campsite entrance, with 4 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers. This convenient service allows you to wash and dry your clothes at your convenience, ensuring you always have clean clothes for your daily activities. Payment is possible in cash or by credit card. Washing costs €4 and drying €2. You can buy washing powder at reception (1€). 3 sanitary facilities are available on the campsite, including a nursery area. In the interests of inclusion, all have PRM sanitary facilities. The toilets are not heated.
Additional rentals for your accommodation
We offer a range of extras to make your rental stay as comfortable as possible. For your comfort, you can rent bed linen and towels directly on site. Families with children will appreciate the possibility of reserving a high chair, cot or baby bath. Need electricity on your campsite? We have extension cords, adapters and 10-amp plugs to suit your needs. You can also rent a refrigerator to store your provisions. If you’d like to secure your valuables, a safe deposit box rental service is available at reception. These practical options let you make the most of your vacation without having to pack too much!
Bike rental on site
You can also take advantage of Andernos’ bike rental service to discover the wonders of the Bassin d’Arcachon. You can visit the Andernos oyster port, the Andernos pier, the covered market, or take a boat trip on the Bassin on your two wheels!
